Ideal

To avoid taking afternoon naps at home that sometimes turn into long periods of sleep after morning classes.

Reality(gap)

I feel tired or sleepy no matter where I am, making it hard to stay awake in the afternoons. 

Causes/Conditions

Not sleeping well at night.

Results

Less time to work on assignments or catch up on classes.

Goal

To eliminate afternoon naps entirely.

Possible change

Stay awake during the afternoon by engaging in productive activities, such as reviewing upcoming lectures or studying

Testing the hypothesis

  • Drink coffee in the afternoon.
  • Go for a walk to refresh and stay awake.
  • Outcome of change

    Gain more time to study or complete assignments, leading to more productive days.
